EXODUS NUCLEAR
10 Information & policies

The small
print.

How a booking is made and confirmed, what happens if a date moves, what the night needs from you, and the small print behind it.

Booking Policy

Every booking starts as an enquiry through the booking desk, and every enquiry generates a reference number. A written quotation follows, covering the fee, the hours, the crew and anything the date needs. Nothing is held and no date is reserved until that quotation is confirmed in writing by both sides — an enquiry, however far along, is not a booking.

Fees & Payment

Fees are quoted per date rather than from a price list, because a juggling session, a clash and an international stage show are not the same job. The quotation states the fee in full, what it includes, the deposit required to hold the date and when the balance falls due. Quote your reference number on any payment so it can be matched to the booking.

Cancellations & Postponement

Dates move — weather, venues, licences. Tell the desk as early as you can and a postponement will be accommodated wherever the diary allows. The notice periods and what happens to a deposit on cancellation are set out in the written confirmation for your date, and are agreed before you pay anything.

On the Night

The promoter provides safe, adequate power, a dry and secured area for the stack, vehicle access for load-in and load-out, and security for the equipment and crew for the duration. Exact power, space and access requirements go out with the technical rider and are agreed in writing before the date. Exodus Nuclear will not run a system where power or safety cannot be assured.

Studio Sessions

Studio time is booked by the session and confirmed the same way — enquiry, quotation, written confirmation. Bring your material ready where you can; session time spent preparing is session time. Mixing and mastering are quoted separately from tracking, and finished files are released once the session is settled in full.

Dubplates

Exodus Nuclear acts as a dubplate liaison, not as an artiste representative. Only authorized artistes appear on the request form, and availability, lyrics and production are confirmed with you before any recording is scheduled. A dubplate is cut for the requesting sound and delivered securely to that sound; it is not licensed for commercial release.

Press Kit

Approved photographs, logos, biographies and the technical rider are sent out on request — ask through the Promoter & Media portal, or write to the address below. Please use the approved assets rather than screenshots of the site.

Contact

Bookings, studio sessions and dubplate requests go through the booking desk, so each one generates a reference number and nothing gets lost in a thread. Brand partnerships, media, interviews and anything else can be written straight to exodusnuclearsound@gmail.com.

Privacy Policy

What you enter in the booking, studio and dubplate forms is used to answer your enquiry and nothing else. It is not sold and not passed on. Uploads are stored privately and are never published. To have your details or an enquiry removed, write to exodusnuclearsound@gmail.com.

Accessibility

This site is built to be usable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus states, semantic structure, labelled form fields and text alternatives. Motion respects your reduced-motion setting. If something here is not reachable for you, write to exodusnuclearsound@gmail.com and it will be fixed.

Terms and Conditions

The written quotation and confirmation for your date are the agreement; these pages describe how that agreement is normally reached. Where the two differ, the confirmation for your date governs. Exodus Nuclear acts as a dubplate liaison, not as an artiste representative, and every fee is quoted on request.
